New features and adjustments for all star systems:
1. The "Lagrange 3D Space Mechanism" will first land on the Pilot Server on October 17, and we're now sending out invitations to selected Explorers to try out these changes in advance:
Registration Duration: October 9, 07:30 UTC - October 22, 00:00 UTC. Explorers can go to the in-game event section to learn more about the event and register.
Pilot Server Opening Time: October 17, 09:00 UTC - October 23, 07:00 UTC. Explorers who have secured a spot can try out the upcoming changes in advance and give us your feedback.
2. Neutral Sub-fleet Optimization:
1) When a Sub-base disappears, aircraft will be loaded into a Neutral sub-fleet first.
2) When ships in Evasion mode from the Neutral sub-fleet return to the Base, they will form a new Neutral sub-fleet instead of being directly disbanded.
3. Reduced the cost of upgrading the Mining Platform. The upgrade cost will be partially deducted based on the construction cost of the Mining Platform before the upgrade.
4. Corrected the display of City Defense Fleet levels to align with the Privateer Fleets' level system, without changing the actual fleet lineups.
The corrected displays are as follows:
The original level 6 City Defense Fleet will be shown as level 8.
The original level 8 City Defense Fleet will be shown as level 15.
The original level 9 City Defense Fleet will be shown as level 16.
The original level 10 City Defense Fleet will be shown as level 17.
The original level 11 City Defense Fleet will be shown as level 18.
The original level 12 City Defense Fleet will be shown as level 19.
Developer Comment: This fix addresses the issue where some fleets had much greater Command Points than their counterparts, causing the level to be an ineffective indicator in fleet evaluation.
After the fix, the higher the fleet level, the higher the fleet's Command Points, and the higher the individual ship level.
Under the new evaluation system, fleets below level 10 will mainly consist of Destroyer, Frigate, and Cruiser fleets with less than 300 command points.
Fleets from level 10 to 15 will mainly consist of fleets with 300 Command Points, and Super Capital Ships will start appearing in the lineups.
Fleets above level 15 will mainly consist of fleets with 350 Command Points or more, with more diverse lineups.
5. Added a cursor movement feature to the Expanse, allowing precise selection of destination coordinates and selection of coordinates from the nearby unit list.
6. Optimized command interactions for moored fleets. Fleets in the mooring state can execute expanse commands now.
7. Neutrals will be able to receive battle reports generated by Ship Funding.
8. Optimized Vivarium-related message prompts: Consolidated and reclassified the Vivarium-related messages, changing the notification method from mail to Sparkle Tips.
9. Optimized the design of the "MISSION" interface, adding a "Filter" button.
10. Added animation effects when ship blueprints are yielded from research.
11. Optimized the camera effects in Movie Camerawork mode.
12. Optimized the camera representation of Auxiliary Ships in Tactical View.
New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Adjusted the item distribution mechanism: A player may distribute items to the same player up to 3 times per season. A player may receive up to 5 tactical items distributed by other players in each exploration.
2. Optimized the display of teammate ship markers in the Angulum Cluster ship retirement feature.
