1. Sci-Fi Carnival is now officially available
Sci-Fi Carnival 2024 Event Time: September 29, 2024, 07:00 - October 9, 2024, 00:00 (UTC)
Participation Requirements: Explorers who have expanded their Base to Zone 2.
During the event, Explorers can earn Festival Commemoration Coins from Activeness, which can be exchanged for up to Black Market Tech File x3, Ship Livery - Sci-Fi Carnival 2024, Mail Background Decoration - Sci-Fi Carnival 2024, Cosmetic Points, and more.
1) The Sci-Fi Knowledge Quiz will be available from September 29 to October 3, where Explorers can participate in the quiz to win Festival Commemoration Coins and Livery Points as rewards.
2) The fun and exciting Firing Drills gameplay returns during the Sci-Fi Carnival event. Participate in Firing Drills every day to win Festival Commemoration Coin rewards.
3) NOMA Shipping Group Inostrancevia Frigate Blueprint Release Event
The Inostrancevia Frigate will be released in the following Star Systems:
Dawn Exploration Agreement 2.0, Node Recovery Agreement + Galactic Mutual Cooperation Agreement, Trojite Crystal Collection Agreement, Data Rescue Agreement, and Star System Rescue Agreement.
The launch event is divided into 2 phases:

*From September 29, 2024, 07:00 to October 9, 07:00 (UTC), the Store will make "Tech Files Selected by Enterprises" available, and researching these files may yield the blueprint for the Inostrancevia Frigate.
*From September 29, 2024, 07:00 to October 9, 07:00 (UTC), Explorers will be able to purchase different versions and variant models of the Inostrancevia Frigate at the Space Station Trading Post, allowing you to experience its performance in actual combat.

From September 30, 2024, to October 6, 2024, at 12:00 and 00:00 (UTC) daily, the Star System/Network Loot Distribution event will feature "Sci-Fi Carnival Exclusive" loot, including: Chimera Exclusive Premium Livery - "Wheat Wave" (September 29, 12:00 - October 3, 00:00 UTC), ST59 Exclusive Premium Livery - "Endless Exploration" (October 3, 12:00 - October 6, 00:00 UTC), 2023 Sci-Fi Carnival Limited Emblem - "Symbiosis Era" exclusive cosmetic items returning for a limited time;
6) Sci-Fi Carnival Partnership Agreement
During the event, the Sci-Fi Carnival Partnership Agreement will be available for a limited time. Explorers can earn Carnival Points by participating in the event and from daily login, and get exclusive Sci-Fi Carnival Dynamic Emblems, Festival Commemoration Coins, Livery Points, and other rewards.

7) Carnival Commemoration Store
During the event, the Sci-Fi Carnival Commemoration Store will be open for a limited time. Explorers can use Festival Commemoration Coins to exchange for Sci-Fi Carnival 2024 exclusive liveries, Black Market Tech Files 2.0 (Black Market Tech Files 1.0 instead for Dawn Exploration Agreement 1.0 star systems), mail backgrounds, Research Points, and other rewards.

2. Team up early and get a head start. The pre-register and team-up feature for agreements is now live! You can sign up for the new star system agreement individually or as a squad through the pre-registration feature 3 days before the current exploration agreement star system ends. The pre-registration feature supports cross-system invitations.
3. Optimized the titles of some Strategic Assets to make them more stylish and in line with their levels. Below is the fourth batch of updated content:

New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Added a Mission interface entrance in the Explorers System. If there are no missions at the moment, this entrance will not be shown.
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where Auxiliary Ships expanded as Outposts did not provide the Docking Support effect to the Outpost.
2. Fixed an issue where ally fleets reinforcing from a sub-base would retreat on their own after the target fleet entered Warp.
3. Fixed an issue where the Emergency Evasion cooldown for Auxiliary Ships was abnormal under certain circumstances.
4. Fixed an issue where the Liaise Code link would become invalid under certain circumstances.
