New features and adjustments for all star systems:
1. Adjustments to Sub-Fleet Building Features
1) The original sub-fleet buildings are now renamed as sub-bases and provide more powerful features, allowing Explorers to manage fleets and create fleets. Multiple sub-fleet groups are allowed in one sub-base.
2) Sub-bases can raise the resource storage cap by a certain amount for the star system where the sub-base is located.
3) Sub-bases can store a number of prefab modules, which can be used for the maintenance of ships moored at the sub-base.
4) Sub-bases will provide hangar for a small number of aircraft to temporarily moor at it, where Explorers can use to deploy additional aircraft or to adjust the formation of aircraft. Aircraft that have been assigned to a carrier will not occupy the slots of the sub-base's aircraft hangar.
5) The original base facility "Sub-Fleet Command Center" and the Org Talent "Sub-Fleet Command Tech" with "Max Sub-Fleets +1" are all adjusted to "Max Sub-Bases +1".
6) Support for deploying Auxiliary Ships to the Sub-base is no longer available. Upon the launch of this feature, all Auxiliary Ship fleets currently deployed to Sub-fleets will be withdrawn. Pioneers are advised to adjust their plans in advance to avoid losses.

2. Auxiliary Ship Feature Adjustment
1) After mooring at a resource node, the auxiliary ship fleet can execute the Expand into Outpost command, becoming a sub-base. This sub-base will gain the extra buff from docking with the auxiliary ship. The self-holding ability of the auxiliary ship will also be transferred to this sub-base, resulting in an extra increase in the port command point limit of the sub-base.
2) The original "Supply" and "Docking Support" commands of the auxiliary fleet are integrated into the "Moor" command. After mooring at a resource node, the auxiliary ship fleet can execute the supply command. When mooring at a sub-base, it will provide the docking support effect to the sub-base.
3) Added a new Emergency Evasion feature to the flagship skill of the auxiliary ship: When a sub-base has an ally auxiliary ship moored at it and the sub-base is destroyed, the docked auxiliary ship fleet will merge with the undestroyed ships in the sub-base to form a fleet and jump to a random location in the same region. Each auxiliary ship will have its own individual cooldown for this feature, limiting it from triggering again for a period of time.
4) When the auxiliary ship fleet is in a moored state, a switch button is added to the fleet view's information bar, allowing you to switch between viewing the auxiliary ship's and the mooring target's information.

3. Optimized the escort feature. When transferred together with an escort fleet of the same Explorer, the two fleets will mobilize in unison with the same sailing speed.

4. According to the Garden Planet Terraforming Department, thanks to the assistance of all Explorers, the construction of the Phase I of the Garden Planet Terraforming, the space elevator's near-Earth space station, is nearing completion. We will commence the construction of the Phase II, the surface part of the space elevator, after the completion.

5. Optimized the operation steps for ship adjustment, making it more convenient to adjust different ships.

6. Optimized the titles of some souvenirs to make them more stylish and in line with their levels. Below is the second batch of updated content, with the remaining souvenir titles to be updated in batches:

7. Added Sparkle Tips for entering the corresponding warehouse when bidding strategic assets in loot distribution.

8. Optimized the display of strategic asset grade labels to improve distinction.

9. Added a floating window feature to the Campfire Hub, allowing access to Campfire Hub while playing the game on mobile devices and supporting window dragging. Please update to the latest install package to experience this feature (some install packages may have a delay in updating).


New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Adjustments to the rules of Space Radiation Belts in some star systems.
The Space Radiation Belt has been renamed to Stellar Influence Zone, allowing all ships to pass through. Small ships within the area will continuously take HP damage.
Star systems undergoing adjustments: Dawn Exploration Agreement star systems, Dawn Exploration Agreement star systems 2.0, Node Recovery Agreement star systems, Trojite Crystal Mining Agreement star systems, Star System Rescue Agreement star systems.

2. Optimized the experience of the Planet Exploration gameplay where landable planets were affected by jet interference. Now, landable planets will form a triangular safe zone when impacted by jets.


Bug Fixes: 
1. Fixed an issue where some types of missions did not provide Org EXP.

2. Fixed an issue where the S-Levy 9 - Heavy Torpedo Corvette blueprint label was displayed incorrectly.

3. Fixed an issue with the Livery "Joyful Endless 2024" incorrectly displayed on the blueprint for Vitus-B010 Bomber.
