New features and adjustments for all star systems:
1. We have made the following adjustments to the rules and content of the Strategic Assets Technology Achievement Exhibition event:
1) The opening time has been adjusted from 7 days upon moving from the Beginner Star System to the Hub Star System, to 7 days upon returning to the Hub Star System from any Explorers System, provided there are still packs available to purchase. All items can only be purchased once.
2) After the update, the exhibition will be open to all players from Non-Beginner Star Systems for 7 days.
3) The content of the original Strategic Partnership Pack has been adjusted, and all Explorers can repurchase it once. The adjusted pack contains 3 pieces of C-Level Equipment, with the following content (all equipment attributes are at full enhancement):
Generic - Advanced Military Operation Center - Type C6
Primary Affix: Increases the number of usable operations by 1.
Affix 1: Increases the Crystal yield of Base facilities by 15%.
Generic - Arbiter Planning Center - Type C8
Primary Affix: Increases the storage limit of Action Points by 20.
Affix 1: Provides an additional hourly Metal production yield of 5000.
Generic - Large Outpost Control Core - Type C10
Primary Affix: Unlocks the construction of Large Outposts (Operation Area: 2x2).
Affix 1: Increases the Deuterium yield of Base facilities by 12%.
For the above Strategic Partnership Equipment Pack, we have also introduced a trial feature. Explorers can obtain a limited-time trial version of the pack's equipment at the Strategic Assets Technology Exhibition, available for 14 days.
After the trial period ends, the commander can choose whether to purchase it permanently and continue using it.
4) The name of the "Resource Supply Technical Blueprint Pack" has been changed to "A-Level Resource Technical Blueprint Pack." The name of the "Strategic Planning Equipment Pack" has been changed to "A-Level Strategic Planning Equipment Pack." Their content and prices remain unchanged."
2. Core Interface now allows carrying equipment with similar effects at the same time.
3. Adjusted the calculation method for changes in ship production time/resource consumption, with increases in time/resources from blueprint version numbers, additional systems, and equipment being calculated independently;
Adjusted the calculation method for changes in base facility upgrade time/resource consumption, with increases in time/resources from equipment being calculated independently;
Adjusted the impact parameters of blueprint versions on production time/resources;
For Aircraft, every 1 Tech Point invested reduces the production time increase from 0.5% to 0.3%, and increases the resource cost increase from 0% to 0.1%
For Frigates/Destroyers, every 1 Tech Point invested reduces the production time increase from 0.5% to 0.25%, and increases the resource cost increase from 0% to 0.1%
For Cruisers, every 1 Tech Point invested reduces the production time increase from 0.2% to 0.15%, and increases the resource cost increase from 0% to 0.1%
Blueprint Design - Added a new weapon system, reducing the production time increase from 10% to 5%
For Battleships, Battlecruisers, Auxiliary Ships, and Carriers, every 1 Tech Point invested increases the production time from 0% to 0.03%

4. B-Level Strategic Assets now have the component upgrade feature enabled, allowing for the consumption of similar assets to gain up to 20 Component Tech Points.
Enabled Precision Identification for B-Level or higher Strategic Assets on default.
Optimized the interface display for component upgrades.
Optimized the phase display after Strategic Asset enhancement, including an indication that the Strategic Assets have reached their enhancement limit.
5. For "Strategic Asset Squad Visit," adjusted the rewards from intel quests for the asset squad, increasing the probability of obtaining B-Level and A-Level Equipment.
6. Optimized the interface display for Strategic Asset Squads, and added a reward preview for different restoration methods and the level of Strategic Assets that can be acquired.
7. After the first occupation of a Space Station, all members of the Squad or Community will receive resource rewards. Explorers who make outstanding contributions in battle can also receive uEcoin rewards.
8. Added version numbers and corresponding title unlock rewards for some festival souvenirs. Explorers who have met the requirements will receive them right away. The following souvenirs can now unlock version numbers: "Earth Day Experience Emblem," "Dawn Celebration Experience Emblem," "Twin Festival Experience Emblem," "Beacon Festival Experience Emblem," and "Pilot Experience Commemoration Emblem.
9. Optimized the display of operation-related interfaces, including the sources of the increase in max operations for Explorer fleets.
10. The closing time of the Celebration Store has been adjusted. After the end of the Dawn Celebration, the Celebration Store will remain open for an additional week. Explorers can continue to exchange items through the "Points Store" entrance.
11. Optimized the display of Rating Rewards in the Encrypted Communication Management interface of the Neutrals' Agreement. Meanwhile, Privateer Outposts will allow Explorers to complete resource transport missions while upgrading, but acceleration of the upgrade progress will not be possible.
12. Permanent Liveries and Premium Liveries now show the names of equipped ships, and a Quick Settings button has been added to the livery page.
13. Optimized command interactions for moored fleets. Explorers can now command a moored fleet to moor at other targets.
14. Optimized the display of Control Operation interfaces:
1) Added corresponding status displays on the Expanse and in the details panel when buildings and resource nodes are controlled.
2) Optimized the icon styles for Control Operation-related statuses and commands.
15. Base facilities now enhance the joint construction and repair effects for Battleships.
Super Capital Shipyard I: Reduces Battleship production time by 20%.
Battlecruiser Dockyard: Unlocks repair for Battleship, increases Battleship repair speed by 5%, and reduces Battleship production time by 20%.
16. Added entrances to various social media platforms in the Service & Settings interface.
New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Optimized the display of discarded items in Control Operation Battle Reports In the Angulum Cluster.
2. Added a legend display feature for the planet's regions.
3. Added the display of team rewards in Battle Report information in the Angulum Cluster.
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where the names of the commemoration items were duplicated in Star System Development Rating emails.
