New features and adjustments for all the star systems:
1. Occupation and Control Operation Gameplay Update:
1.1) Adjustments of the Layout of the Entire Star System Expanse
Increased the number of resources on the Expanse, increasing the number and reserves of resource nodes in Space Station Operations and Outpost Construction Operations.
Changed the Trading Post outside of the Space Station Operation to "Transit Trading Post." The usage rights of such type of Trading Post will not be affected by the ownership of nearby Space Station Operations, and the function of the Trading Post remains unchanged.


1.2) Added a New Expanse Command - Moor:
Added a new Fleet Command on the Expanse - Moor. Explorer may send their fleets to the moor target on the Expanse to execute the Moor command. After completing the command, Explorers can enter the corresponding Moor Tactical View via the fleet's "Work"/"View" button and use the services the Moor target offers.
Expanse objects that support mooring include: Planets, Stargates, Space Stations & Defensive Strongholds, Galactic Faction & Privateer Outposts, resources, Trading Posts, Transit Trading Posts, Docking Points, wreckages, Captor Factories, Warehouses, Dockyards, Command Centers.
Liaise and the liaise status will be merged into Moor. When moored at a Trading Post, the moor services offered include accepting quests and using the trade and tech trade functions.
The liaise status with Neutrals and Privateer Outposts are merged into Moor; when Neutrals moor at an outpost, they can execute fleet assistance, trade cooperation, and transport commands with the outpost.
The base facility "Liaison Command Center" has been renamed to "Fleet Communication Center" and moved from Zone 2 - Central District to Zone 3 - Central District. The moor Command will be unlocked at Fleet Communication Center - Level 1.


1.3) Adjustments of the Operation Occupation Rules and Benefits
The following new benefits will be added after a Space Station is sieged and occupied: Members of your Community may use the Space Station Operations to perform Mine, Transfer, and other Commands without using up their own Operations.
Galactic Factions and Privateer Outposts are no longer destroyed by default when occupied. Members of your Community may use the Outpost's Construction Operation to perform Mine, Transfer, and other Commands without using up their own Operations. The Outpost Operation can offer warp staging to members who have met the InfoSync Level requirement.

 

1.4) Ship Operation Capability Update:
For X8 - Small Utility Ship, added the "Control Operation System."
For NOMA M470 - Heavy Landing Ship - Siege Type, added the "Heavy Control Operation System."
For Mare Nubium - Light Landing Ship - Assault Type, added the "Invasive Control Operation System."
Accordingly, the above three ships are equipped with Control Operation capabilities.

 

1.5) New Control Operation Gameplay:
A new individual Control Operation gameplay has been added to some map objects, allowing Explorers to include Landing Ships in their lineup and initiate Control Operations on targets while moored.
During the Control Operation, the Explorer will face trials in the form of automatic defense firing, fleet, and aircraft defenders.
After the Control Operation is completed, the Explorer's Operation will be occupied to maintain control over the target, providing the Explorer with corresponding buffs. The control over some operation targets will be separated from the ownership of the Operation.
The first batch of targets and their corresponding buffs for the Control Operation gameplay are as follows:
(a) Stargate: The controller will gain 1,000 bonus Dawn Points in Star System Development Rating.
(b) Space Station: After you gain control of a Space Station, your Community's members will enjoy a 10% increased mining speed and the effect of distributed collection when mining within the Operation. They can also upload the resources at the Space Station. The controller will receive 15% additional resources from mining within the Space Station Operation as Resource Dividend.
(c) Galactic Factions and Privateer Outpost: When occupying an Outpost, you will simultaneously gain its Control. The controller can dismantle the controlled Outpost.
(d) Level 1-6 Resource Node: After gaining control, you will receive the resource yield and can claim accumulated resource packs in the form of missions every 6 hours.
(e) Trading Post and Transit Trading Post: After gaining control, you will enjoy a 20% discount when trading at this Trading Post using uEcoins or resources.
(f) Factory Docking Point: When controlled, it will offer a chance to trade supplies with the controller in the form of missions every 6/12/24 hours.
  Quick Parts Factory, Quick Assembly Plant, Quick Assembly Center, Large Assembly Plant, Large Assembly Center, Super Capital Ship Parts Factory, Super Capital Ship Assembly Center, Ship Maintenance Facility, Ship Maintenance Platform, Ship Maintenance Hub, Temporary Repair Platform, Trade Customs, and Quick Repair Station now support trading resources for Prefab Modules.
  Additional Aircraft Hangar and Large Aircraft Hangar now support trading uEcoins for higher version aircraft.
  Tactical Institute and Tactical Research Center now support trading Speedups for Action Points.
  Small Resource Synthesis Station, Resource Synthesis Factory, Auto Refining Platform, Dust Collector, Meteorite Core Drilling Rig, and Asteroid Core Drilling Platform now provide Resource Packs.
  Super Capital Ship Dockyard, Fighter Tech Research Center, Corvette Tech Research Center, Carrier Tech Research Center, Sacrum Chu Imperium Destroyer Tech Research Center, Sacrum Chu Imperium Cruiser Tech Research Center, Ion Weapon Tech Research Center, High-Speed Sail Tech Research Center, and Auxiliary Ship Tech Research Center now support trading resources for higher version ship/aircraft. The content of the trade is identical to the TE blueprints obtainable from docking.
(g) Research Institute Docking Point: When controlled, it activates some of the docking effects for the controller.
  This type of Docking Point includes: High-Energy Fuel Research Institute, High-Energy Fuel Research Center, Intel Center, Small Resource Warehouse, Large Resource Warehouse, and Resource Distribution Center.

Developer's Comment: After long-term observation and data analysis, we've noticed discrepancies between the actual tactical capabilities of ships of certain classes and carrier ships compared to their default Command Points, affecting the diversity of the fleet lineups. To enhance the diversity and strategic depth of fleet lineup, we have adjusted the weapon parameters and Command Points of the following ships:
Adjusted the damage frequency of the Eternal Storm - Attack Battlecruiser - AI-900A "Viggen" Ion Cannon to 5 from 4.
Adjusted the Rounds Per Cycle of the AIM-850T Plasma Caster of the Eternal Storm - Attack Battlecruiser to 1x6 from 1x4.
Adjusted the Duration of the AIM-1200T Plasma Caster of the Conamara Chaos - High-Speed Plasma Cruiser to 12 seconds from 18 seconds, and the Rounds Per Cycle to 1x4 from 1x3.
Adjusted the CD of the MK2-AT-8-700 "Supernova – White K" Cluster Torpedo of the Callisto - Cluster Torpedo Raid Ship to 24s from 32s, and its Duration to 12s from 16s.

2.2) Enhancement Adjustments for Certain Ships
Adjusted the strategy enhancement "Anti-Aircraft Range Enhancement" of Mare Tranquillitatis - Interceptor Frigate's "Eternal Polaris" Projectile Launching System from expanding the weapon's anti-aircraft range to same-row ships to expanding the weapon's anti-aircraft range to ships in the adjacent rows.
Adjusted the strategy enhancement "Anti-Aircraft Range Enhancement" of NOMA M470 - Heavy Landing Ship's Generic Cannon System from expanding the weapon's anti-aircraft range to same-row ships to expanding the weapon's anti-aircraft range to ships in the adjacent rows.
Adjusted the flagship skill "Anti-Aircraft Network II" of Light Cone - Multi-Role Missile Cruiser from "Taking advantage of Anti-Aircraft UAVs' positioning support system to coordinate the projectile anti-aircraft weaponry of ships in the mid-row, extending the anti-aircraft range to same-row ships." to "Taking advantage of Anti-Aircraft UAVs' positioning support system to coordinate the projectile anti-aircraft weaponry of ships in the mid-row, extending the anti-aircraft range to ships in the adjacent rows."

 

2.3) Adjustment to the Counterattack Anti-Aircraft Mode of Ship’s Anti-Aircraft Weapons
Adjusted the Counterattack Anti-Aircraft Mode of certain ship weapons. The Counterattack Anti-Aircraft Mode now provides anti-aircraft support to ships in the same row when not being attacked by aerial targets. When counterattacking aerial targets attacking you, these weapons will gain an additional Hit Rate bonus. Some weapons can now quickly switch fire to counterattack the aerial targets that are attacking you.

3. Optimized the Squad naming description in the Create Community screen: "Normal Squad" has been adjusted to "Free Community Squad". Optimized the description screen of Create Community and added explanations for creating different types of Communities with Squads of different stats.

 

4. Optimized the display of the Org Level screen: Each time a player enters the Org Level screen, it will default to showing the current Org Level. Optimized the display of the Org Funding screen: Added special effects for submitting donations.

 

 

New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Added a Sparkle guide to the Equipment Details page, allowing players to view the guides for using corresponding equipment on Campfire Hub.
