Patch Notes - 5/15/2024

New features and adjustments for all star systems:
1. Optimized the interactions in the Blueprint interface: Added a new filter shortcut bar for ship types; The Details Mode switch will remain at the current Blueprint position when toggled.

2. Optimized the display of fleet information in interfaces such as Fleet Delegate, Transfer, Formation, and Operation List to unify the information layout.

New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Optimized the naming of B-level and C-level Equipment "Combat Microchip Center".

2. Optimized the display of Equipment effects on upgrade costs and time in the facility upgrade interface.
