New features and adjustments for all star systems:

Balance adjustments for Chimera - Heavy Cruiser and Reliat - Rapid Torpedo Frigate:
1. Adjusted Chimera - Heavy Cruiser's Command Points and Enhancements:
1) Adjusted Ship Command Points from 20 to 18.
2) The strategic enhancement "All Ships Focus Fire" of the "Fortress" Cannon System, previously activating every 90 seconds to target a single enemy with all weapons while reducing weapon cooldown by 80% for 10 seconds, has been adjusted to activate every 60 seconds to target a single enemy with all weapons while reducing weapon cooldown by 80% for 10 seconds.
3) "Fortress" Cannon System's enhancement "Anti-Aircraft Radar Enhancement" has been changed to "Ammo-Transport Acceleration," which reduces the weapon cooldown in the system.
4) The Armor System can now be enhanced for an additional time; added the new enhancement "Additional Armor Enhancement."

2. Adjusted Reliat - Rapid Torpedo Frigate's Enhancements:
1) The Damage Per Hit of the Anti-Ship Torpedo System - CT-240A "Roland Iron Dwarf K" Cluster Torpedo has been increased from 35 to 75, with its cooldown increased from 20 to 30 seconds, duration increased from 10 to 15 seconds, Rounds Per Cycle reduced from 5 to 4, and its Attack Priority changed from targeting aircraft to destroyers and frigates.
2) The name of the Anti-Ship Torpedo System's strategic enhancement, "Dense Cluster Munitions," has been changed to "High-Speed Dense Munitions." The original effect of "when the target is a frigate, it increases the number of bomblets by 2, and decreases the Damage of single bomblets by 15% for cluster bombs" has been changed to "Switches to Dense Cluster Munitions every 3 rounds of attacks, changing the Rounds Per Cycle to 4x6 and increasing the Hit Rate by 30%."
3) Modified the training effect of the Anti-Ship Torpedo System's strategic Enhancement 'Dense Cluster Munitions' to increase strategy effectiveness by an additional 15% hit rate.

3. Optimized the description and display for certain blueprints:
1) Adjust the display order of Eternal Heavens - UAV Carrier's enhancements without affecting their actual effects.
2) Optimized the names of the "Fortress" Cannon System of Spear of Uranus - Heavy Battlecruiser to differentiate between the 3 types of cannons without affecting their actual effects.
3) Optimized the Anti-Ship Firepower description on the blueprint interface and added explanations for calculating energy weapons without affecting their actual values.

4. Added a feature to preview the effects of enhancements and adjustments by tapping the adjustments even when the system adjustments or enhancements are not unlocked yet.

5. Adjusted the level requirements for unlocking Base Zone 2, reducing the building level requirements:
1) The level requirement of the Generic Port 1 has been reduced from 3 to 2.
2) The level requirement of the Warehouse has been reduced from 4 to 1.
3) The level requirement of the Joint Production Shipyard has been reduced from 4 to 2.

6. Added an "Upgrade Guide" feature, available at the top of the Sparkle chat channel.

7. Adjusted the review times for the first joining or leaving a Community:
For the first 7 days after starting the star system exploration, the review time for squads that join or leave a Community for the first time has been reduced from 12 hours to 1 hour. After that, the review time increases gradually for each time joining or leaving a Community, up to 12 hours.

8. Adjusted the Org Profile feature to include the Star System Development Rating obtained by exclusive squads.

9. Optimized the convenience of visiting operations, allowing visits to fleets moored outside the base. Deployed fleets can now be set to automatically return to the base after the visit.

10. Optimized the notification for squad invitations in the chat channel under certain situations.

11. Added the feature to display the Community or squad the contact or friend belongs to during chatting.

12. Optimized the information display when the segmented production and active service limits are reached on the fleet production page.

13. Added a feature to view the ways to obtain ship liveries, accessible from both Blueprint and Livery pages.

14. Optimized the visual presentation of the Vivarium Planting page.

15. Optimized the visual presentation of the Free Explorer HQ page.

16. Optimized the display of the Large Space Station icons, Stargate icons, and large ruins on the Expanse at a higher level.

17. Optimized the transition effects for displaying or hiding interfaces when switching levels on the Expanse.

18. Optimized the performance of fleets when they are using Warp Drive in the Expanse.


New features and adjustments for some star systems:

1. Optimized the convenience of preparing for explorations. When preparing for exploration in the Explorers System, the previously used plan will be applied by default.

2. Optimized the display of the Star System Agreement signed by Companion Squads. Unqualified members will now be displayed when the conditions are not fulfilled.


Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed the incorrect ship models in the "Trade Communication Relay Station - Generic Type" Commissioned Production.
