New features and adjustments for all star systems:
1. Community ranking information will now be displayed on the Space Station Occupation Leaderboard. Star systems that have completed the evaluation settlement will not be affected.
2. Added the feature to select targets when sending squad mails and Community mails and optimized the permissions for sending mails.
1) Squad captains and vice-captains who are part of the same Community will now have the authority to send Community mails and notices.

1) Added the option to make a Buy It Now offer on items already bid on.

4. Adjusted the fleet delegation gameplay.
1) Delegated fleets can no longer use the commander's personal warp drive support to carry out warp drive. When delegating (except for the first time), each delegation takes up one operation quota.
2) Added the optimized display of fleet source and warp drive activation status when commanders transfer delegated fleets.
5. Optimized the user prompts on the "No Strength Without Unity" interface under certain situations.
6. Optimized the notifications for ship destruction; tapping the coordinates now gets you directly there.
7. Added the convenient shortcut to go to the Vivarium in the notification mail.
8. Optimized the color marks of the Community's member fleets, operation areas, and space stations on the Expanse.
9. Added a cursor to the PC version's chat box, allowing PC users to adjust the cursor's position with their mouses and keyboards (update required from the official website).
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed the issue where the displayed number of defenders at Privateer Outpost, Galactic Faction Strongholds and other buildings was lower than the actual number.
2. Fixed the notification text error for insufficient InfoSync level when mining within a construction operation of squad members within the same Community.
