1. Frigate Blueprint Release
The all-new Jupiter Industries Frigates — Mare Imbrium - Assault Frigate and its variant model, Mare Imbrium - Experimental Pulse Cannon Frigate — have joined the Lagrange universe.

2. Strategic Strike Rule Adjustments
(1) Removed the limit on the number of aircraft that can execute Strategic Strike. All aircraft in the fleet can now be deployed for a Strategic Strike against the same fleet.
(2) Removed the preparation time for Strategic Strikes.
3. Tech Point Restoration Technology Optimizations
To improve the user experience of the Tech Point Restoration Technology and allow Explorers to use it more flexibly, we will make the following adjustments to the Tech Point Restoration Technology.
(1) Added the item "Standard Tech Point Restoration Technology": It can restore up to 50 Tech Points acquired by blueprint research to Tech Point items each time.
(2) Dawn Points Store Adjustments:
Standard Tech Point Restoration Technology will be available in the Dawn Points Store. Each exchange grants Standard Tech Point Restoration Technology x2 and costs Proxima Coin x250. Explorers can make 2 exchanges in each exploration and gain up to a total of 4 Standard Tech Point Restoration Technology items.
Removed the previous Tech Point Restoration Technology from the store.
(3) The Tech Point Restoration Technology in the Partnership Agreement during the initial exploration will be replaced with Standard Tech Point Restoration Technology x4.
4. Org Command Operation Adjustments
The number of Command Seats under the Command Operations has been changed from 5 to 20.
The effect of the Union Talents "Pack of Wolves I" and "Pack of Wolves II" has been changed from "Command Seats under the Command Operations +2" to "Command Seats under the Command Operations +5."
5. Optimized the sorting of Org tags in the navigation bar. These tags now appear ahead of the faction missions.
6. When setting and changing a faction name, it is now possible to view and use the recommended random names.
7. Optimized the performance of fleets when they are using Warp Drive on the Expanse.
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where the chapter icons of the Galactic Events overlapped each other on the star system map.
2. Fixed an issue in the Neutrals' Agreement mission where the target fleet could not be reinforced under certain situations.
