New features and adjustments for all the star systems:
1. Sci-Fi Carnival is officially available
Event Time: 2023/10/18 08:00 UTC to 2023/10/25 00:00 UTC
Available to Explorers who have their Base expanded to Zone 2 at least once during their exploration in any star system.
(1) Carnival Partnership Agreement
Explorers can earn Carnival Points by participating in the Sci-Fi Carnival daily login, joining the Sci-Fi Knowledge Quiz, and engaging with the topic interaction on the Campfire Community. Unlock the "Explorer Agreement" to receive corresponding level rewards. Unlock the paid "Constructor Agreement" to receive exclusive Dynamic Emblems, Enterprise Tech Files, Research Points, and more.
Reward Details:
Through the Explorer Agreement during the event, Explorers may receive the Collectible - Souvenir "Symbiosis Era" Commemoration Emblem x1, Proxima Coin x300, and Livery Point x400. Explorers can also unlock the "Constructor Agreement" by paying, which grants them "Endless Era" Dynamic Emblem x1, Tech Files - Antonios x1, Tech Files - NOMA Shipping Group x1, Tech Files - Jupiter Industries x1, and Research Points x3.
(2) Sci-Fi Knowledge Quiz
The event is split into an answering phase and a tally phase. During the answering phase, Explorers can take part in the quiz once per day (no time limit). The quiz bank will be refreshed at 00:00 the next day with a total of six rounds of answering. At the end of the tally phase, the top 20 Explorers of the local star system and the top 20 Explorers of the Lagrange Network will receive a time-limited emblem as a ranking reward.
Event Rewards:
During the event, the top 20 Explorers in the local star system will receive the Static Emblem - Seeker's Voyage x1 (30 days), while the top 20 Explorers in the Lagrange Network will receive the Static Emblem - Awareness x1 (60 days).

(3) Explorers' Party
During the event, the Explorer Contact Center's Liaison Register missions will be available once again. At the Contact Center, Explorers can invite other Explorers who are on vacation to return to the Lagrange Network. A liaison relationship will be formed once they enter their Liaise Code. During the event, the Contact Center will assess the behavior of returning Explorers and provide corresponding rewards to the Explorers who invited them.
Returning Explorers who meet the conditions can also use the Rediscovering the Lagrange Network feature at the Contact Center to check out the latest changes that have been made to the Lagrange Network or purchase some of the Tech Files that they missed out while they were on vacation via the Lagrange Retrieval event.
(4) Official Release of the Prologue to the Official Series Novel: "First Light of Dawn"
The prologue of the Infinite Lagrange Official Series Novel: "First Light of Dawn" will be updated and released in chapters on the Campfire Community. Below is the release schedule for the chapters:

2. Added a return point feature. Construction operations where fleets have docked will be recorded as fleet return points. Upon retreat, fleets can opt to fall back to the return point or the base.
3. When disbanding fleets at the base, multiple fleets can be selected at once.
4. Added the Star System Limited Techs of the current star system in the Star System Agreement.
5. Optimized the icons for certain Star System Limited Techs and unlockable Enhancements.

7. Optimized the calculation formula for calculating the win rate when engaging Privateers.

New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Added new Privateer NPC characteristics in Dawn Exploration Agreement, Dawn Exploration Agreement 2.0, Trojite Crystal Collection Agreement, Node Recovery Agreement, and Data Rescue Agreement.
Non-Star System Order: Privateers haven't signed the Dawn Accord, so they don't need to follow the rules of Exploration Agreements and often harass Explorers' fleets.
Rapid Response: Strike back against Explorers who initiate an action command against their Base.
Standard Mobilization: The Org of this galactic faction possesses standard mobilization capabilities, allowing them to direct their affiliated space stations and strongholds to execute a strategic action within a certain period.
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue in portrait mode where the prices of Deuterium and uEcoins were incorrectly displayed when purchasing ships through the Trading Post.
2. Fixed the abnormal Anti-Ship Firepower display for the "Taurus - Assault Destroyer" after conducting enhancement adjustments. This won't affect its actual effect.
3. Fixed the abnormal Hit Rate reduction display for the "Eris I - Heavy Cannon Destroyer" after conducting the enhancement adjustment "Full Firepower." This won't affect its actual effect.
