New features and adjustments for all the star systems:

1. Adjustment Feature updates.
Added unlockable System Enhancements for blueprints (which will be kept permanently once unlocked). The unlockable Enhancements include "System Adjustment" - Enables the System Adjustment feature, which makes it possible to adjust specified enhancements of the system (adjustment effects will be reset with star system relocation).
Removed the Weapon Adjustment feature, converting the original weapon adjustment effects to enhancement adjustments in the system while retaining the original adjustment progress. These adjustment effects can be obtained by activating Enhancement while exploring this star system.

2. Added Privateer's Technical Preparation in Galactic Events.
 Special Privateer fleets will spawn in the Intel range of the star system. Destroy these fleets for chances to get Weapon Tech drops. This gameplay will be available for 48 hours from 18:00 UTC every Friday.

3. Trading Post trading gameplay updates.
 Added new types of goods that can be purchased with uEcoins to the Trading Post, including Combat Microchips for various types of ships, Ore Refining Crates, and different versions of Privateer ships.
 After the update, items that can be purchased from the Trading Post in different space stations will be refreshed daily to offer different goods and types of items. The types of items for sale at the Trading Post will be updated based on Galactic Event advancements.

4. Added exclusive Tech Points of the following ships to Generic Tech Files
 Available through research on Generic Tech Files:
 Tech Points for CV-M011 Corvettes, Tech Points for CV-II003,  Tech Points for SC002 Fighters, Tech Points for FG300 Frigates, Tech Points for AC721 Destroyers, Tech Points for CAS066 Cruisers, Tech Points for KCCPV2.0 Cruisers, Tech Points for ST59 Battlecruisers, Tech Points for CV3000 Carriers

5. Added a Weapon Tech Restoration feature. Weapon Techs with rarity levels of 4 or higher can be restored, and you will receive Weapon Techs with rarity levels of 1-3 once complete. The Weapon Tech Restoration feature can be used up to 10 times per day.

6. Optimized the display effect of the Weapon Tech icon.

7. Optimized the display of the module lens of some ship upgrade models.

8. Added a reminder for the estimated arrival time of the fleet to the fleet's command execution confirmation screen.

9. In reply mail, optimized the display of the source of the message when other Explorers reply to an Org mail has been sent.

10. Optimized the display rules of acquisition records in the current star system when viewing the details of commemoration assets.

11. Added a feature to push agreement strategies. Sparkle will share strategies with Explorers when they select a Star System Agreement or Identity agreement.


New features and adjustments for some star systems:

1. Added Star System Limited Techs, which can be exchanged, to the Trade Center of some star systems. After it has been exchanged, it can be applied to a designated blueprint to upgrade the capabilities of the corresponding ship. Star System Limited Techs will be removed after Explorers relocate from the star system.

*Dawn Exploration Agreement 2.0 Star System Limited Techs:
 AA-I Reactive Armor (for CAS066 - Generic Cruiser) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Has a 15% chance to reduce Physical Damage taken by 100 for 5s when attacked by ships. CD: 10s. 
 "Getta" UAV Coordination Technology (for Mare Nubium - Anti-Aircraft Frigate) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Expands the coverage of the anti-aircraft weapons on the UAVs it carried to the same-row ships. 
 "Star Shield" Emergency Evasion Device (for S-Levy 9 - Heavy Torpedo Corvette) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - When the ship's HP falls to 20%, increases Evasion by 50% for 40s. This effect only triggers once per battle. 
 "Flying Arrow" Magnetic Explosive Warhead (for Quaoar - Torpedo Destroyer) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases the Critical Chance of the torpedo in the system by 15%. 
 "Refractive" Stealth Coating Improvement (for Stingray - Torpedo Bomber) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases the Lock-On Time of the target weapon by 40%.
 "Ptolemy" Precise Bombardment Mechanism (for Bullfrog - Dual-Purpose Bomber) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases the chance of torpedoes dealing damage to the target ship's systems by 25%. 
 "Javelin" Precision Tracking Warhead (for Mare Serenitatis - Heavy Frigate) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases the chance of torpedoes dealing damage to the target ship's systems by 20%.

*Node Recovery Agreement Star System Limited Techs:
 "Distant Wind" Assault Operation Technology (for all ships) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 2) - Changes ship position to front row. 
 "Distant Wind" Core Operation Technology (for all ships) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 2) - Changes ship position to mid row. 
 "Distant Wind" Evasive Combat Technology (for all ships) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 2) - Changes ship position to back row. 
 "Lightning" Energy Concentrator (for Conamara Chaos - High-Speed Plasma Cruiser) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases all weapon Damage in this system by 15% and the CDs of the weapons in other systems by 20%.
 "Star Shield" Emergency Evasion Device (for Spore A404 - Light Fighter) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - When the ship's HP falls to 20%, increases Evasion by 50% for 40s. This effect only triggers once per battle. 
 "White Light" High-Speed Armor-Piercing Warhead (for Mare Serenitatis - Anti-Aircraft Frigate) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases anti-aircraft Crit Damage of missiles in the system by 50%.

*Trojite Crystal Collection Agreement Star System Limited Techs:
 "Node" Command Cooperation Technology (for all Cruisers) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 3) - Decreases Command Points by 2. 
 "Neutron Star" Heavy-Launch Modification (for Reliat - Rapid Torpedo Frigate) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases all torpedo Damage by 50% and their CDs by 20%. 
 "Getta" UAV Coordination Technology (for Guardian - Support Destroyer) - (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) Expands the coverage of the anti-aircraft weapons on the UAVs it carried to the same-row ships. 
 C23 Control Mechanism Modification (for Jaeger - Heavy Cannon Cruiser) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Targets cruisers as priority targets, and there's a 20% chance for weapons in the system to cause damage to the target's weapon system.

*Data Rescue Agreement Star System Limited Techs:
 "Iron Wall" Special Protective Structure (for all Cruisers, Battlecruisers, Carriers, Auxiliary Ships, and Battleships) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 3) - Increases ship's HP by 25% and required resources for production by 30%. 
 "Fine Craft" Material-Saving Manufacturing Technic (for Ruby - Heavy Defensive Frigate) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Reduces required resources for production by 25%. 
 "Star Shield" Emergency Evasion Device (for NOMA M470 - Support Frigate) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - When the ship's HP falls to 20%, increases Evasion by 50% for 40s. This effect only triggers once per battle. 
 "Spectrum" Energy Refraction Plating (for Aldabra - Heavy Cannon Destroyer) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 1) - Increases Energy Damage Resistance by 20%.

*Identity Agreement Limited Techs:
 Individual Rating Agreement: MEC-I Backup Warp Drive (for all ships) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 3) - When the ship is destroyed, increases the chance of triggering Emergency Evasion by 10%. 
 Neutrals' Agreement: "Array" Asteroid Scanning Technology (for all Frigates and Destroyers) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 3) - When fighting in the asteroid belt, gets an Evasion boost of 10%. 
 Prospector Agreement: "Sunshield" Anti-Radiation Plating (for all ships) (quantity that can be exchanged in the star system: 3) - Increases Energy Damage Resistance by 5% and reduces Stellar Radiation Damage taken by 90%.

2. Explores who have signed the Mutual Cooperation Agreement can now communicate with each other in the chat channel of the Mutual Cooperation Agreement in the Node Recovery Agreement star system.


Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed a bug that caused the exhaust effects of some ships' Additional Power System to not be displayed properly.

2. Fixed a bug that caused the displayed quantity and number of installed modules of the KCCPV2.0 - Light Railgun Cruiser's SG-1120B Generic Cannon and the Ruby - Experimental Type Plasma Cannon Frigate's BI-470B/T Experimental Anti-Aircraft Ion Cannon to not match without changing their effects in actual combat.

After the current update, we will issue 2 Tech Point Restoration Technology to all Explorers.
