Patch Notes - 8/16/2023

2023-08-15

New features and adjustments for some star systems:

1. Lagrange Generation Legacy Version Now Available
"Lagrange Generation Legacy includes various valuable items within the Lagrange Network, such as practical technologies, node info, Stargate's passage and control permissions, secrets, artworks, collectibles, etc.
Under the framework of the Lagrange Generation Legacy Project, Explorers can identify technical data and equipment collected in various star systems in the City of Antontas. At the same time, the Antonios Explorer Development Division will provide new technology and items for Explorers' use to introduce more experiences and changes in star system exploration."
Lagrange Generation Legacy Project is currently in the testing phase. More gameplay and features will become available in the future.

- New Technologies and Items
(1) Tactical Item
Tactical items are packaged disposable technical weapons which can be classified into Command, Strategy, Communication, and Supply tactical items based on their effects. These items affect fleets, buildings, and operations, introducing new variables and broadening the spectrum of strategic choices in battles.
Tactical items must be launched from the base of a special Warp Drive Launch Vehicle and take some time to reach the delivery location before they take effect.
(2) Technical Blueprint
Technical blueprints are detailed records of the production processes of tactical items, containing information such as the technical parameters, active service, technical value, etc., of the items. After obtaining technical blueprints, Explorers can apply to start making the corresponding tactical items by consuming Weapon Tech or Dawn Points. Using or producing tactical items will increase the EXP of the corresponding technical blueprint, which will further increase the technical value of the blueprint.
(3) Equipment
Equipment refers to supplementary facilities that are installed at the Explorer Base. Depending on their effects, they can be divided into five categories: logistics, efficiency, engineering, combat, and information. Meanwhile, installing equipment will accumulate the tech EXP of the corresponding equipment, increasing the technical value it contains.
The industrial technology used in the equipment is highly specialized and can only be loaded in the Hub Star System and taken to various star systems for exploration. Different choices of equipment will bring new changes to each star system exploration.
During the next phase of the Lagrange Generation Legacy Project, the Core Equipment Interface Adjustment gameplay will be unlocked, bringing a whole new experience and enabling the possibility of upgrading the equipment using technical value.
(4) Collectibles
When Explorers are exploring various star systems, they can complete different achievements by accomplishing Agreement ratings of different levels and meeting certain daily exploration targets. The achievements will be granted and recorded in the form of collectibles and saved in Explorers' collections.
As the version number of the collectibles increases, corresponding titles can then be unlocked.

In the Lagrange Generation Legacy Project, tactical items, technical blueprints, equipment, and collectibles are all called strategic assets. Strategic assets are categorized into four levels, from highest to lowest: LGLR, A, B, and C. The highest level, LGLR, stands for Lagrange Generation Legacy Registration.

- The Identification and Acquisition of Strategic Assets
(1) Unidentified strategic assets obtained during star system explorations can be converted into Tactical Items, Technical Blueprints, Equipment, and Collectibles through Strategic Assets Identification, allowing Explorers to use them.
Added the Strategic Assets Identification Center in the City of Antontas. Explorers can go to the Strategic Assets Identification Center through Hub Star System or Cross-system Communication to identify their strategic assets within 14 days after entering the Hub Star System.
During the next phase of the Lagrange Generation Legacy Project, the Precision Identification feature will be unlocked for technical blueprints and equipment of LGLR and A levels, unlocking even more potential of the technical value.

(2) Added more types of Docking Points in star system maps. Using Outposts or Bases to carry out docking based on the conditions to receive corresponding unidentified strategic assets during the Star System Development Rating.
After the update, the names and effects of some existing docking points on star system maps will be replaced. Servers that have been rated in the Star System Development Rating will not carry out the replacement.

(3) Added Privateers' Secret Meeting in Galactic Events:
Eliminating the Privateer fleets carrying intel within the specified area grants you a chance to intercept intel. Recycling asset equipment within the intel area grants you a chance to receive equipment, technical blueprints, technical items, etc.
Privateers' Secret Meeting operation will become available after completing the following galactic event nodes:
- Galactic Event chapters in Exploration Agreement Star Systems: "Cooperation and Trust," "Interests and Strife," and "Mass Object Experiment."
- Galactic Event chapters in Node Recovery Agreement Star Systems: "One-Way Adventure," "Multilateral Trade," and "Rising Storm."

- Galactic Event chapters in Dawn Exploration Agreement 2.0 Star Systems: "Journey of Exploration," "Cooperation and Trust," and "Rising Storm."
After the update, it will only become available in servers that correspond to the current galactic events after fulfilling the requirements.

(4) Added "Strategic Asset Squad Visit" in the Galactic Events:
Communicate with the Strategic Asset Squad within the star system to assist them in restoring the asset equipment. Different restoration methods grant you a chance to receive equipment, technical blueprints, tactical items, etc.
Strategic Asset Squad Visit operation will become available after completing the following galactic event nodes:
Galactic Event chapters in Exploration Agreement Star Systems: "Reserve Strategic Resources" and "Mass Object Experiment."
Galactic Event chapters in Node Recovery Agreement Star Systems: "Privateers' Secret Meeting" and "Survival Rules in Space."
Galactic Event chapters in Trojite Crystal Collection Agreement Star Systems: "Precious Refining" and "Privateer Permission."
Galactic Event chapters in Data Rescue Agreement Star Systems: "A Dangerous Mission" and "Shifting Situations."
Galactic Event chapters in Dawn Exploration Agreement 2.0 Star Systems: "Privateers' Secret Meeting" and "Mass Object Experiment."
After the update, it will only become available in servers that correspond to the current galactic events after fulfilling the requirements.

(5) In the Star System Development Rating, new souvenirs have been added to the rating rewards of different levels, which will be distributed automatically after obtaining corresponding ratings.
(6) Added Tech Restoration Center in the Points Store. Explorers will receive the exchange permission of the corresponding unidentified strategic assets after carrying out the individual rating of a different Identity agreement in the previous star system.

(7) Rentals of certain tactical items and equipment now become available in the Points Store. Explorers who have gone through a complete star system exploration at least once can exchange for tactical items or rent equipment using Dawn Points or Proxima Coin. Equipment rental is only available in the Hub Star System, and it has a time limit for use, which expires after being used a certain number of times in the star system exploration.

- Lagrange Technology Achievement Exhibition Event Is Available

- Added Exploration Preparation Gameplay in the Hub Star System
Before Explorers go to a new star system for exploration, they can prepare for it in the Explorers System and select the equipment and Warp Drive Launch Vehicle to be used in the new star system. Explorers' ships have a fixed amount of capacity, and the carried equipment and Warp Drive Launch Vehicle will take up the corresponding capacity of the ship.

- Delivery and Supplies of the Warp Drive Launch Vehicle
When Explorers are preparing for their explorations, they can load the Warp Drive Launch Vehicle within the allowable capacity of the exploration ship for free. During the exploration, they can use the Warp Drive Launch Vehicle to deliver any tactical item from the Strategic Assets Warehouse.
During the exploration, when achieving the following galactic events, the Warp Drive Launch Vehicle Supplies feature will be triggered. The Warp Drive Launch Vehicle Supplies will be distributed to Explorers within the star system via mail and provide extra chances of receiving temporary supplies of the Warp Drive Launch Vehicle in the Store.
