Patch Notes - 8/9/2023

New features and adjustments for all the star systems:

1. New Cross-System Friend Adding feature:
Explorers can now add friends and contacts from other star systems by searching for their Friend ID or going via their Personal Profile page.
2. Ships' Energy Shield is now displayed on the Blueprint screen.
3. The damage received by ships is now displayed in the tactical view.
4. Added a system voice announcement for some game notifications.
5. Optimized Sparkle Tips on the Blueprint Sparkle Guide screen.
6. Optimized the time display when fleets execute some commands.

New addition and adjustment details across some star systems:
1. Added a Refresh mechanic for the Angulum Cluster Ruins. Ruins that do not encounter a jet stream for a long time will start moving after a period of time once it's detected.
