Patch Notes - 7/19/2023

New features and adjustments for all the star systems:

1. Added Utility Ship Management feature. Explorers can now check on the Utility ships that are mining or docked at the Base and assign missions to them. After assigning the mission, the required number of Utility Ships will be selected automatically based on the facilities and resources that exist in the mission.
For the star systems under the Dawn Exploration Agreement, the Utility Ship Management feature will be unlocked when the Base is expanded to Zone 4. For other star systems, this feature is unlocked by default.

2. Adjusted the Angulum Cluster Emergency Evasion rules. Some storage items will now be retained when a fleet carries out the Emergency Evasion in Angulum.

3. Added information description and double confirm features when carrying out Base Reconstruction.

4. Optimized the signing screen of the Angulum Adventure Agreement.
