New features and adjustments for all star systems:

1. The sub-fleet feature is now available:
1) Added Sub-Fleet Command Center I to the Central District of Zone 6 and Sub-Fleet Command Center II to the Central District of Zone 9. Level up these facilities to unlock Sub-fleet and deploy more units.
2) Ships from the Base can be deployed within the Command Center and build a sub-fleet.
Ships under sub-fleets do not take up the base's max Command Points and hangar capacity, and when sub-fleets retreat, they’ll return to the building they've been deployed to.


2. Angulum Cluster Camp Trade Starts:
Explorers within Angulum Cluster can go to the camp Store to trade items. Currently, only some items from Angulum Cluster can be traded.
A new exchangeable item: Angulum Cluster Trade Permit has been added to Rating Rewards. Explorers with this item can access NOMA Camp Store across systems and open Angulum’s Trade Channel.


3. Org Operations Update:
*Added new Org Operation types, a Rally Operation will be activated when an Operation has 5 Org member fleets to provide all Org members with Wrap Drive Support. A Command Operation can accept fleets delegated by Org members and give control over these fleets to the Commander.
*While the Commander is transferring delegated fleets, they can also transfer them to other Operations. At the same time, a Command Operation will continue to take up the Commander’s operation quota. Action Points consumed by Delegate Commands will be transferred to the delegated fleets, and Org members delegated the fleets can use the newly added command Replenish to supply additional Action Points to the delegated fleets.
*Rally Operations and Command Operations take 10 hours to recycle.
*Increasing Org Level will no longer increase the Org Operation quota. After this update, the Org Operation quota will be increased when Org Talents are unlocked, and the Org Operation quota previously increased by Org Level will be reset.
After the update, Org Operations created before the update will be automatically recycled and completed, so please transfer your fleets in Org Operations in time to avoid any losses or auto retreat.

4. Org Talents Adjustments:
*Union Talents Adjustments:
1) III Talent - Joint Effort III has been changed to Org Operations Cluster II.
Joint Effort (Original) Effect: Giving the Delegate command increases the Action Points of Org Operations by +20.
Org Operations Cluster II (New) Effect: Number of Org Operations that can be created by the Union: +1.
2) III Talent - Pack of Wolves III has been changed to Pack of Wolves I, with its actual effect remaining the same.
3) Talent - Org Operations Enhancement IX has been changed to Pack of Wolves II.
Org Operations Enhancement (Original) Effect: Org Operation's Max Action Points: +100
Pack of Wolves II (New) Effect: Command Seats under the Command Operations: +2
4) IX Talent - Org Operations Cluster III has been changed to Org Operations Cluster IV, with its actual effect remaining the same.

*Guild Talents Adjustments:
1) Talent - Military Supply Reserves has been changed to Org Operations Cluster I.
Military Supply Reserves (Original) Effect: Guild members can purchase an additional 3 resource packs from the Trading Post every day.
Org Operations Cluster I (New) Effect: Number of Org Operations that can be created by a Guild: +2.
2) VII Talent - Fleet Repairs has been changed to Org Operations Cluster II.
Fleet Repairs (Original) Effect: The Guild's Dockyard gains the ability to repair ships.
Org Operations Cluster II (New) Effect: Number of Org Operations that can be created by a Guild: +2.

*Clan Talents Adjustments:
1) I Talent Clan Banquet has been changed to Rating Lobbying I.
2) VI Talent Rating Lobbying I has been changed to Clan Banquet.
3) VII Talent - Experimental Spatial Positioning Technology has been adjusted to Org Operations Cluster I.
Experimental Spatial Positioning Technology (Original) Effect: Increases Warp Speed by +100% when a Clan member's fleet is on a transport mission to a Warehouse.
Org Operations Cluster I (New) Effect: Number of Org Operations that can be created by a Clan: +2.
4) IX Talent - Flexible Load Planning has been changed to Org Operations Cluster II.
Flexible Load Planning (Original) Effect: Clan Warehouse Throughput Recovery: +30.
Org Operations Cluster II (New) Effect: Number of Org Operations that can be created by a Clan: +2.
5) V Talent SPACE FORTRESS has been changed to TENDER LINK I.
6) VI Talent TENDER LINK I has been changed to SPACE FORTRESS.
Notice:
After the update, talents affected by the adjustments will be automatically reset and refund all Talent Points spent on them if the Org has already unlocked them. The auto-reset does not use affect the Reset Cooldown.
The talent " TENDER LINK I" unlocked before the update will remain unlocked, while the talent "GARRISON DAMAGE CONTROL" will be reset correspondingly.

5. Added a dock communication channel for Auxiliary Ship Fleets, two docking fleets can now send private communication to each other.

6. Added Applied Livery to the Battle Report.

7. Added Dock Status animation effects to the Tactical View

8. Optimized Livery display effects and prerequisites view.

9. Optimized Fleet Lineup rules. Traveling to new Star Systems will no longer reset the unlocking status of lineup slots.

10. Optimized Ediacaran - Heavy Firepower Auxiliary Ship’s repair performance. Large ships will be repaired outside of the dock.

11. Optimized fleet storage’s display effect in Angulum Cluster.

12. Optimized the icon display effect and the name of Purchased Chu-Coins. Now they are renamed as Chu-Coin (Circulation)

13. Optimized the display effect of Fleet HP when the network is unstable.


Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed an issue where the Refitting icon of fleets would not display correctly in certain scenes.

2. Fixed an issue where after enhancing a ship’s blueprint, if the ship’s model was changed, the Livery of the ship wouldn’t display correctly.
