Added the enhancement option, "System Automated Maintenance Enhancement," for the "Command System" of the SC002 - Quantum Scout, Sandrake - Atmospheric Interceptor, Bullfrog - Dual-Purpose Bomber, Strix A100 - Joint Attacker, Hayreddin's Loyal - Pulsar Fighter, Balancer Anderson SC020 - Scout, Vitas A021 - Heavy Attacker, Vitas-B010 - Bomber, B192 Newland - Heavy Attacker, Spore A404 - Light Fighter, Stingray - Torpedo Bomber, Janbiya Aer410 - Assault Attacker, Mistral - Combat Attacker, AT021 - Pulse Attacker, AT021 - Tactical Attacker, and AT021 - Heavy Attacker. This enhancement increases the automated maintenance efficiency of the system by 25%, and the max enhancement level becomes Lv.5.

Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed a bug that caused the liveries to be displayed abnormally in Explorers' Base after signing a Mutual Cooperation Agreement with Neutrals in a Node Recovery Agreement star system.
2. Fixed a bug that caused the server number to be displayed abnormally on the star system registration screen.
3. Fixed the incorrect description of the XI-3000 Large Situational Awareness System module of the Winged Hussar - Area-Denial Anti-Aircraft Destroyer's Situational Awareness System and added an Anti-Aircraft Support information display without changing the actual effects.
