Patch Notes - 3/29/2023

New features and adjustments for all the star systems:

1. Can customize the color of strategic marks when labeling an org.
2. Added tips for the completion of Base Expansion as well as description of newly unlocked facilities.
3. Optimized some button styles in Org Headquarters.

New addition and adjustment details across some star systems:
1. Added new gameplay of “Items Collection” in Angulum Cluster
Can recycle Tech Files for NOMA Rating Points at Camp Center.
2. Rule Adjustments of NOVA Agreement Registration
After the update, Orgs and individuals that have obtained level 2 or higher Dawn Exploration Agreement Rating are allowed to sign the Nova Agreement.

Bug Fixed:
1. Fixed an issue where commanders failed to select fleets in the Org Operation area when at Construction Operation area of hostile space stations.
2. Fixed an issue where the display of Command Point at the Camp within Angulum Cluster was overlapped.
3. Fixed an issue where the Org Name were displayed incorrectly in some conditions.
4. Fixed an issue where resources within the neutral outpost can be mined in some conditions.
