1. New Exploration Agreement: Dawn Exploration Agreement 2.0
"After resting in the Hub Star System, Explorers with extensive exploration experience will be invited to sign the Dawn Exploration Agreement 2.0 to explore a new star system, build new stargates in the new star system, and connect them to the Lagrange Network.
The development level of all factions (Space Stations and Strongholds) will increase as their fleets complete operations and gain EXP. Space Stations and Strongholds with a higher faction development level will have stronger fleets and more advanced engineering capabilities. As Orgs of star systems command Space Stations, Strongholds, and other individual forces to complete operations and a series of strategic goals, their level of influence will keep improving, and their operational capabilities and combat strategies will also change.
Explorers of the Hub Star System will be able to sign this agreement after the maintenance on January 11."
2. Dawn Exploration Agreement Adjustments
"A new Dawn Exploration Agreement will be released after the maintenance on January 11 to explore more dangerous star systems. Explorers who enter these star systems will face more dangerous galactic environments and Privateers who are more powerful and active.
In these star systems, Privateers will organize fleets to mine resources. Defeat these fleets to win extra resource rewards. Privateers will also send out construction fleets, which will build new Privateer Outposts if they aren't defeated in time. All Privateers of these star systems will be stronger than the Privateers encountered in the star systems explored under the previous Dawn Exploration Agreement.
The Antonios Explorer Development Division can only send limited resources to these star systems due to the rampant activity of these Privateers, so the amount of Metal, Crystals, and Deuterium Explorers will receive from Main Missions has been reduced."
