New features and adjustments for all the star systems:

1. The new flagship gameplay is now available:
1.1 Added the Flagship feature:
Flagships can be manually designated when creating a fleet. Flagships have corresponding flagship skills that affect the entire fleet.

1.2 By default, the Command System of all blueprints will have the "Focus Fire" flagship skill, which will allow ships in the fleet to prioritize attacking a certain proportion of targets according to the number of selectable targets on the battlefield. The default flagship skill will not use up the System Enhancement limit.

1.3 Added corresponding flagship skills to the corresponding systems for the following blueprints:

*Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Command System of the Carilion - Heavy Cannon Frigate by 1. Added the "Combat Insertion" flagship skill. When the fleet is comprised of Capital Ships, before the target locks onto you as its primary target in battle, you will attack the 5/4/3 enemy targets that have lower HP and can be targeted first. The blueprint will have this flagship skill at Lv.1 by default, and the Tech Points cost of subsequent enhancements is 20/20, respectively.
Added the "Key Structural Enhancement" in System Enhancement, which increases the System's HP by 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%. The Tech Points cost of enhancements is 2/2/2/2/2, respectively.

When the fleet contains at least 3 ships that are the same type as the flagship, and when the aircraft of the fleet is at a disadvantage, anti-air weapons in the fleet will attack aircraft first, increasing their Hit Rate by 1%/5%/10%/15%. The blueprint will have this flagship skill at Lv.1 by default, and the Tech Points cost of subsequent enhancements is 10/10/10, respectively.

Added the "Optimized Reload I" flagship skill. When a fleet contains at least 3 AC721 Destroyers, the CD of the weapons of AC721 Destroyers will be reduced by 10/15/20% in the first 3 rounds of attacks. The Tech Points cost of enhancements is 10/10/10, respectively.

*Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Command System of the Winged Hussar - Area-Denial Anti-Aircraft Destroyer by 2. Added the "Anti-Aircraft Network I" flagship skill. When the fleet contains at least 3 ships that are the same type as the flagship, when the aircraft of the fleet is at a disadvantage, anti-air weapons in the fleet will attack aircraft first, increasing their Hit Rate by 1%/5%/10%/15%. The blueprint will have this flagship skill at Lv.1 by default, and the Tech Points cost of subsequent enhancements is 10/10/10, respectively.

*Added the "Cautious Warning" flagship skill to the Command System of the Eris I - Light Rapid-Fire Cannon Destroyer.
When the fleet contains at least 3 ships that are the same type as the flagship, the fleet's field of vision is increased by 10/15/20Gm, and all actions will cost 50% more Action Points. The blueprint will have this flagship skill at Lv.1 by default, and the Tech Points cost of subsequent enhancements is 30/30, respectively.

*Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Command System of the Eris I - Armored Destroyer by 2.
Added the "Patrolling Defense" flagship skill. When the fleet contains at least 3 ships that are the same type as the flagship, it can also guard other resource nodes simultaneously within the operation area, guarding up to 1/2/3 of additional resource nodes. The Tech Points cost of enhancements is 30/15/15, respectively.

Added the "Target Guidance I" flagship skill. When the fleet contains at least 3 KCCPV2.0 Cruisers, the Hit Rate of the KCCPV2.0 Cruisers' weapons will be increased by 5%/10%/15% in the first 2 rounds of attacks. The Tech Points cost of enhancements is 10/10/10, respectively.

*Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Command System of the Io - High-Speed Ion Cannon Cruiser by 2.
Added the "Siege Tactic I" flagship skill. When in battle with a fleet that has a lower Command Point value than your fleet, the opponent's fleet will be unable to retreat in the first 30/45s after the battle starts. The Tech Points cost of enhancements is 20/20, respectively.

*Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Tundra Anti-Aircraft UAV System of the Light Cone - Multi-Role Missile Cruiser by 1.
Added the "Anti-Aircraft Network II" flagship skill. When the fleet contains at least 3 Light Cone Cruisers, if your aircraft is at a strength disadvantage, the anti-aircraft range of anti-aircraft weapons of ships in the middle row will be extended to all ships in the same row. The Tech Points cost of enhancements is 40.

*Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Command System of the Predator - Anti-Aircraft Cruiser by 2. Added the "Anti-Aircraft Network I" flagship skill. When the fleet contains at least 3 ships that are the same type as the flagship, and when the aircraft of the fleet is at a disadvantage, anti-air weapons in the fleet will attack aircraft first, increasing their Hit Rate by 5%/10%/15%. *Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Thunderstorm" UAV Shield System by 1.
Added the "Fleet Concealment II" flagship skill. When the fleet consists of no more than 10 ships, the fleet can temporarily conceal itself in a resource node that is Lv.4 or higher for 6 hours. While concealed, the fleet and its relevant operations will be invisible to other Explorers. When other Explorers' fleets interact with these nodes, the concealed fleet will attack the corresponding fleet. The Tech Points cost of enhancements is 25.

*Increased the System Enhancement limit of the Warning and Control System, Coordinate Command System, and Camouflage System of the FSV830 - High-Speed Tactical Auxiliary Ship by 1.
Added the "Sailing Speed Coordination I" flagship skill. When a fleet is comprised of only Frigates and Auxiliary Ships, the fleet's sailing speed and warp speed will be maintained at 80%/90%/100% of the average speed of the ships in the fleet. The blueprint will have this flagship skill at Lv.1 by default, and the Tech Points cost of subsequent enhancements is 20/20, respectively.

Added the "Aggressive Loss" flagship skill to the Command System of the XT-8 - Armed Missile Survey Ship, Rager - High-Speed Frigate, Rager - Torpedo Frigate, Grim Reaper - Assault Frigate, Helios - Heavy Cannon Assault Ship, Argus - Tactical Destroyer, Boreas - Missile Destroyer, Boreas - Defense Destroyer, and Star Sweeper - Ion Cannon Cruiser, which allows them to use fleet weapons in battles to execute a fire-focusing tactic where possible.
Added the "Strategic Strike II" flagship skill to the Command System of the Crasher - Armed Transport, Crasher - Aircraft Transport, XT-20 - Escort Cruiser, and XT-20 - Aircraft Cruiser.

 

2. Added additional effects that are applied when the version number of blueprints changes:
The following effects are applied correspondingly for every increase of 0.01 in the version number of a ship's sub-blueprint:
Increases the HP of Fighters by 1 and their production time by 0.5%.
Increases the HP of Escort Corvettes by 5 and their production time by 0.5%.
Increases the HP of Frigates by 20 and their production time by 0.5%.
Increases the HP of Destroyers by 40 and their production time by 0.5%.
Increases the HP of Cruisers by 60 and their production time by 0.2%.
Increases the HP of Utility Ships by 20 and their resource cost by 0.1%.
For Battlecruisers, Auxiliary Ships, and Carriers, each Tech Point increases the HP of the corresponding system by 50 and the corresponding resource cost by 0.05%.

 

3. When exploring star systems, each reset of the blueprints in System Enhancement will cost 30,000 uEcoins except for the first time. There will be no cost when resetting the system for the first time.

 

4. New Age of Enlightenment Event Available:

New addition and adjustment details across some star systems:

1. Added a star system environment animation that is played when entering the Angulum Cluster for the first time after signing the new Angulum Adventure Agreement.

2. Added Battle Reports to the Record screen in the Angulum Cluster.

 

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed an issue that caused mail to be displayed incorrectly after the invitation to explore the Angulum Cluster expired.
2. Fixed an issue that caused the trigger conditions for the Exploration Assistant to send greetings to be incorrect.
