New features and adjustments for all the star systems:

1.Added new feature of Mining Platform Upgrade,and explorers can send Utility Ships to upgrade mining platforms to a higher level.
2."Research Agreement" is now available in Dawn Accord System; Adjusted the number of times "Research Agreement" can be signed in other systems from 5 to 10.
3.Adjusted the number of times Ship & Aircraft BP Files, Ship & Aircraft BP Files 2.0 can be purchased from 10 to 20.
4.Optimized the visual performance of Ship Production and Reports interface in portrait mode.

Bug Fixes:

1.Fixed the issue where the estimated production time of ship production may wrongly displayed at Camp Center in Angulum Cluster.
2.Fixed the misplacement of some buttons in the main interface of the game in portrait mode.
