New features and adjustments for all the star systems:
1. New Org observer gameplay:
An observer is a temporary identity that allows an Explorer to participate in chat channel discussions of an Org without becoming an official member of the Org.
Explorers can choose any Org they haven't joined in the star system and apply to become an observer of this Org.
When Explorers return from their vacation, the system will recommend active Orgs that they were once a member of to Explorers who meet certain conditions, and they can apply to become an observer of this Org. Through this identity, Explorers can then join the star system the Org is exploring from the Hub Star System and explore the star system together.
2. Optimized interactions with Tech Files research. Tap Research Branch to automatically open archives and research them.
3. Added tips on how to gain Tech Points that appear when the Explorer has insufficient Tech Points.
4. Optimized the mission guidance feature for the mission to defeat the Privateer fleet so that it automatically finds the lowest level Privateer fleet that meets the mission conditions.
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue that caused the special attack effects of energy weapons to be displayed incorrectly when some ships attack.
2. Fixed an issue that caused the description text of some planets that haven't been prospected to be displayed incorrectly under the Prospector Agreement.
3. Fixed an issue that caused the Base Defense Weapon System to get attacked under certain conditions unexpectedly.
