New features and adjustments for some star systems:
1. Opening of the Dawn Celebration Event:
After L001A-B, the first pair of two-way stargate were established, the technology started to prevail. To regulate the development and ownership of Lagrange Gate, Dawn Accord was initiated. To memorize the Accord, all signatories agreed on setting the day of signing the Dawn Accord as Dawn Accord Day and holding big events to celebrate contribution from all explorers.

1) Star Forum and Dawn Trade Expo
The exchanging forum under the theme of “Lagrange Of Diversity” will be held at meeting hall of Tower of Stellaris in the City of Antonios, where Antonios Consortium, Hayreddin Clan, The Earth-Proxima Joint Faction, Thunderbolt Group, and NOMA Shipping Group will deliver keynote speeches and tech demonstrations. Explorers can claim Livery Points as rewards of watching.
*On 2022/8/17 09:00 UTC, City of Antonios will give speech: “Development of Diversity Makes Prosperous Network”.
The corresponding gallery will be open to public by then, with the official disclosure of “Diversified Dawn” Fund Program and “Dazzling Stars” Fund Program.
Explorers who have their Base expanded to Zone 2 at least once during their exploration in any star system can claim Proxima Coin as rewards from programs above based on total login days.
All explorers can join the programs above and get Tech Point Items of ships and aircrafts.

“Splendor in Ocean” is the Premium Livery which can only be applied to Eternal Storm-Battlecruiser with dynamic effects.

2) “Dazzling Milky Way” Cannon Salute
On 2022/8/18 09:00 UTC, Explorers participated in the celebration will receive Plasma Cannon UAV specially made for Dawn Celebration, by which Explorers can set off cannon salutes and draw plasma painting. During the event, explorers can get Proxima Coin and Livery Points as rewards of Cannon Salute Performance. Explorers can also save or share your clips of plasma drawing afterwards.
Three different themes of challenges will be open to public respectively on the first, second and third day of the celebration.
Explorers in the Pioneers System can go to designated place to control UAV for plasma drawing.
Explorers in other systems can control UAV to draw at BASE or where yours ships are at.
The upper limit of daily challenge is 3, which will be reset on 00:00 everyday.
3) Antonios History Museum
As of 2022/8/17 09:00 UTC, “Antonios on the Way” series of exhibition will be held at Antonios History Museum for five days. It’s available to all explorers but only those who have their BASE expanded to Zone 2 at least once can claim Livery Points as rewards.
4) Explorers’ Party
As of 2022/8/17 09:00 UTC, Explorer Liaison Center at the City of Antontas will be put in use officially, where explorers off-duty can participate in activities after return and claim returning supplies.
*Liaison Center will recommend new systems, orgs and friends for returned explorers to help them better fit in again, where they can also check for the latest news of Lagrange Network.
*When heading to new systems, Liaison Center will provide a System Return Agreement too, and explorers can claim Proxima Coin and Tech Point Items when meeting requirements.
*Explorers can recall explorers off-duty to return through Liaison List; During the celebration, the Center will also send Liaison List Quests, explorers can claim Proxima Coin and Org Prestige Points as rewards of completion.
Explorers Off-duty: Those who haven’t logged in the game for 60 days in a row, and have never expanded BASE to Zone 5
