The updates are as follows:
New features and adjustments for all the star systems:

1. Adjustments on Corvettes' HP and Armor:
Adjusted the basic HP of the Silent Assassin - Armored Corvette to 4900 from 4100.
Adjusted the basic HP of the CV-II003 - Light Corvette to 4500 from 4100, and its basic Armor to 2 from 0.
Adjusted the basic HP of the RedBeast 7-13 - Missile Corvette to 4750 from 4100, and its basic Armor to 2 from 0.
Adjusted the basic HP of the Cellular Defender - Heavy Torpedo Corvette to 6100 from 5730, and its basic Armor to 2 from 0.
Adjusted the basic HP of the Nebula Chaser - Heavy Corvette to 5650 from 4950, and its basic Armor to 2 from 0.
Adjusted the basic HP of the Nebula Chaser - Pulsar Corvette to 4950 from 4500, and its basic Armor to 2 from 0.
Adjusted the basic HP of the Void Elfin - Stealth Missile Corvette to 4750 from 4100, and its basic Armor to 2 from 0.

Developer Comment:
In the settings of the Lagrange Network, corvettes have the continuous output capability and volume equivalent to small capital ships. The current structure of corvettes doesn't match their technical settings, so we have improved the overall survivability of corvettes in this update.
2. Added the ways to obtain activeness in the Dawn Funding Scheme:
Complete quests or facility construction can both bring an increase in the activeness.
3. Added the feature to check the details of System Damage in the battle report.
4. Added the feature to change the login theme:
You can go to "Settings" on the login screen to select login themes and change the dynamic background of the login screen.
5. Optimized the way to calculate the Union's Honor Rankings:
When attacking a Space Station, the data of engagements with every fleet affiliated to the Space Station will be included in the calculation of the rankings.
6. Added the new appearance of the models of fighters and corvettes after their blueprints' version number reached a certain amount.
7. Optimized the models of the resource nodes after being explored by the explorers signing the Prospector Agreement.
8. Optimized the descriptions of some quests in the Neutrals' Agreement.
9. Adjustments on the Animoji feature:
Adjusted the cooldown for uploading images to 48h from 24h.


Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where some ship-based weapons would abnormally switch targets when attacking low-priority systems.
2. Fixed an issue where attackers would incorrectly lock onto the Aircraft System under certain circumstances.
3. Fixed an issue where the funding quests issued by the Neutrals' Agreement were contradictory to the passage permissions of the building areas.
