Dear Neutrals,
We've noticed that some Neutral players have to spend a great deal of time and resources to earn the rating rewards while under Cooperative Communication with the Privateer faction. This system was not designed to interfere with players' normal exploration behavior in the star system. To bring a better gaming experience for Neutrals, we will be applying the following adjustments:
1. Increased the Cooperation Points rewarded for support defense quests.
Ship production is an integral part of the star system exploration, and Privateer missions also require a large number of ships, too. To reduce the number of cases in which Neutral players are tied up in shipyards while trying to complete missions in star system exploration, we've significantly increased the Cooperation Points rewarded for ship funding.

2. Adjusted the difficulty for earning Neutral Rating Rewards.
Meanwhile, we've adjusted the historical Neutral Cooperation Points for certain rating levels, reducing the difficulty of earning some of the Rating Rewards. The following are the rating criteria after the adjustments:
The requirement for obtaining 50 Dawn Points has been lowered from 100 Cooperation Points to 50.
The requirement for obtaining 100 Dawn Points has been lowered from 200 Cooperation Points to 120.
The requirement for obtaining 150 Dawn Points has been lowered from 500 Cooperation Points to 200.
The requirement for obtaining 200 Dawn Points has been lowered from 1,000 Cooperation Points to 400.
The requirement for obtaining 250 Dawn Points has been lowered from 1,500 Cooperation Points to 750.
The requirement for obtaining 300 Dawn Points has been lowered from 2,000 Cooperation Points to 1,200.
The requirement for obtaining 350 Dawn Points has been lowered from 3,000 Cooperation Points to 2,500.
After the update, only newly launched servers will adopt the updated rating criteria.
