The existence of a star and a grain of space dust hold equal value.
- Nikolai Alexandrovich, "Introduction to Cosmic Philosophy"
Dear Explorers,
Hello, everyone. Today, we're excited to bring you a preview of the content updates for the Identity Agreement.
The Identity Agreement has always been an important supplementary content in star system exploration, allowing Explorers to freely choose their ways of exploration and targets based on their imagination of space. To meet the exploration needs of different identities, we will soon update the new abilities and exclusive equipment for each identity agreement. The specific update contents are as follows.
Identity Agreement Name Adjustments
To make the agreement names more in line with Explorers' imagination of free space adventures, we will modify the names of some agreements and adjust the signing interface to make the presented information more focused.
The specific adjustments to the agreement names are as follows:
The name of the "Individual Rating" Agreement has been changed to the "Explorer" Agreement.
The name of the "Neutral" Agreement has been changed to the "Interlocutor" Agreement.
The name of the "Prospector" Agreement remains unchanged.
New Capabilities for Identity Agreements
New Capabilities for "Explorer" (formerly Individual Rating Agreement)
- Exploration Ship Relocation Feature
(A retracting Base)
We have noticed that "Explorer" players often need to frequently relocate and conduct "guerrilla operations" on the star system map, but are often constrained by the time required for Base relocation. In the future, "Explorer" players will gain a brand new capability: the "Exploration Ship Relocation" feature. This feature allows "Explorers" to temporarily retract their Base into a ship form and re-establish the Base at a new target point.
After the Base retracts into the exploration ship fleet, the internal affairs features and the management and dispatch features of the ships will be unavailable. Additionally, the Base's city defense weapons and city defense fleet will no longer be effective. "Explorers" need to quickly find a suitable location to re-establish the Base.
- Prefab Module Production Workshop
When completing identity objectives, Explorers need to engage in more intense battles with galactic factions or strategic competitive targets. This means that Explorer players need stronger ship production and strategic reserve capabilities. After signing the Explorer Identity Agreement, the Base will unlock the "Prefab Module Joint Production Workshop" facility upon reaching Level 2. This facility allows the use of the Joint Production Shipyard to produce Prefab Module with uEcoin, and leveling up will now increase the Prefab Module storage cap.

New Capabilities for Prospector Agreement
- "Blast Mining" Capability
(A fleet executing Blast Mining)
(Scattered Ore Piles on the Map)
After mooring the fleet at a resource node, Prospectors can issue the "Blast Mining" command. The fleet will focus its attack on the target resource node. "Blast Mining" can last up to 30 minutes, and the amount mined is calculated based on the total siege damage inflicted. The fleet will then return to the Base to submit the resources. Additionally, "Blast Mining" may produce small scattered ore piles on the map, which all players can collect by dispatching fleets.
Note that "Blast Mining" will cause a significant reduction in the resource node's reserves due to a higher attrition rate. Prospectors need to carefully choose their mining targets.
- "Sustainable Mining" Capability
(A fleet executing Sustainable Mining)
Prospectors will also have more flexible strategies for resource mining, allowing for "Sustainable Mining" on depleted resource nodes. During mining, the Utility Ship's efficiency will be reduced to 75% of its original efficiency.
New Capabilities for Interlocutor Agreement (formerly Neutral)
- "Negotiation Control" Capability
"Interlocutor" players have always held a unique position in star system exploration. They can secretly liaise with galactic factions and mediate among various factions.
In the future, "Interlocutor" players will gain the "Negotiate Control" ability, which allows them to directly "purchase" temporary control of neutral or cordial map objects by spending Speedup and uEcoin. This control effect will be temporarily effective for a period of time. As the saying goes: "Thus the highest form of generalship is to balk the enemy's plans, the next best is to prevent the junction of the enemy's forces, and the worst policy of all is to besiege walled cities." "Negotiate Control" provides Interlocutors with a way to gain control effects through non-conflict means, such as "Mining Dividends" after controlling a Space Station or "Resource Pack Engineering" after controlling a resource node.
(Obtaining "Resource Pack Engineering" through Negotiate Control)
Exclusive Equipment for Identity Agreement
All Explorers who have signed the Identity Agreement will be automatically issued and immediately equipped with the corresponding Exclusive Equipment. This equipment will further enhance the special capabilities of all players with an identity.
Tech Points for Identity Agreement Exclusive Equipment can only be obtained through the accumulation of Technical EXP. At the end of each Star System exploration, the corresponding equipment's Technical EXP will be awarded based on the final rating results of the Identity Agreement.
