Dear Explorers, Greetings.
According to the existing Command Operations delegation mechanism, when a delegated fleet is being transferred for the Commander's Personal Operations, it can use the Commander's Personal Warp to support its Warp Drive.
The Delegate feature was originally designed to help players who couldn't log on at certain times participate in collective events. However, delegated fleets were able to use the Warp feature beyond its intended scope, which has put pressure on the defenders. This has exceeded our expectations.
Therefore, we plan to adjust this mechanism so that the Commander can no longer support delegated fleets with their Personal Warp. This will create a positive tactical combat environment and give everyone a more balanced and interactive attack and defense experience.
After the adjustment, delegated fleets can still use the delegator's Personal Warp support and the Construction Operations of the delegator's squad and Community for Warp Drive. At the same time, the delegation source and Warp status display when the Commander transfers a delegated fleet have been optimized.

In addition, from the second fleet delegation by the same Explorer, each fleet delegation will occupy an Operation quota.
We will implement the above optimizations and adjustments to the Delegate mechanism in the near future based on the experience and feedback of the Delegate feature of Command Operations.
The above is a preview of the adjustment. Thank you for your suggestions and feedback.
