Congratulations! You have been selected from thousands of candidates and have been granted the qualification to become one of the first group of Explorers.
This Explorer Agreement from Antonios Explorer Development Division, fully compliant with the Dawn Accord, has been electronically endorsed by the Arbiter Committee Blazer Investments and NOMA Shipping Group and will take immediate effect upon your signature.
This Agreement is issued by the Antonios Explorer Development Division with the aim of building a Stargate and connecting the star system to the Lagrange Network.
The Agreement reads as follows:
Article 1: Star System Exploration
1. All signatory Explorers to the Agreement will head to the star system through the Explorer's Stargate.
2. All signatory Explorers must abide by the terms in the Dawn Accord concerning the ownership and use of the Stargate. After the construction of the Stargate is completed, the star system will be connected to the Lagrange Network. Explorers can return to the Hub Star System through the built Stargate after the development rating ends.
Article 2: Agreement Signing Conditions
1. Factions that have completed the exploration of a new star system are qualified to sign this agreement.
2. This agreement cannot be signed concurrently with other exploration agreements issued within the Hub Star System.
Article 3. Items of Assistance
1. Signatory factions will be qualified to purchase Tech Files Selected by Enterprises after entering the target star system for a set period.
2. Signatory factions to the Agreement will carry a certain number of FG300 - Multi-Role Frigates to the target star system.
Article 4: Star System Development Rating
1. The primary criterion of the development rating is whether the faction has seized control of affiliated areas of the target Stargate. At the end of the rating, squad members will receive corresponding Rating Points based on the affiliated areas they have controlled.
2. Another criterion of the rating is the extent of control over Space Stations in the star system. At the end of the rating, those reaching a certain Occupancy in the star system can receive corresponding Rating Points.
