Dear Players,
In order to maintain a stable and healthy trading ecosystem within the game (IO trading), we have established the following rules regarding RMT (Real Money Trading) and abnormal trading behavior:
RMT and abnormal trading refer to an act of directly or indirectly transferring, assigning, lending, borrowing, in-game activity, or trading items at prices significantly above or below the market value by around 50% for compensation (including currency, property, accounts, items, and other related items) or assisting in this type of behavior. If RMT activity is verified, a penalty will be issued.
Examples of RMT and abnormal trading include offering or receiving compensation for the following:
- Accounts
- In-game currency (Chu-Coin)
- In-game services
- In-game items
- In-game activities
Penalty Types:
- Terminate transaction
If any irregularities are discovered during the transaction, we will terminate the transaction in advance during the review period.
- Transaction rollback
If the transaction has already been completed, we will restore the transaction to its original state as if it had not occurred.
- Trading restriction
If there are repeated violations or serious violations detected, we will restrict your trading functionality for a period ranging from 7 to 30 days.
Players who participate in item trading activities are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
