New features and adjustments for all star systems:
1. Optimized the Evasion mode for ships in combat and improved the overall Evasion rate of ships.
2. Adjusted the activation time of the Peace Shield for the Base to 1.5h from 3h, the duration to 7h from 5h, and the cooldown to 8h from 5h.
Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where the fleets' HP info displayed on the main screen was inconsistent with that displayed on the Formation screen in the tactical view.
2. Fixed an issue where the max HP was wrongly displayed when fleets engaged in continuous combat.
3. Fixed an issue that caused a lag in the display of deducting ships' HP in combat.
4. Fixed an issue where the destroyed UAV Systems were not counted in the total number of destroyed systems by the CV3000 - High-Speed Carrier in the battle report.
5. Fixed an issue where the Action Points spent on the Cross-Operation Action displayed incorrectly in some cases.
6. Fixed an issue where mining fleets' storage cap would not refresh in time after receiving reinforcements.
7. Fixed an issue where the number of collected resources displayed on the Fleet Storage panel didn't update timely.
8. Fixed an issue where an "Action error" was prompted when mining resource nodes in some cases.
9. Fixed an issue where you couldn't pin messages to the top in the Union Forum after the star system relocation.
10. Fixed an issue that caused the incorrect order in the Received Damage Rankings in the city's Battle Record.
