New features and adjustments for all star systems:
1. Added the Tech Point Restoration feature and related items:
You can convert the Tech Points on the corresponding ship blueprint to Tech Point Items by using the Tech Point Restoration Item on the Blueprint screen. The Tech Point Items can be used again on other blueprints.
After this maintenance, all explorers will be sent 2 Tech Point Restoration Items via mail, which can be used on any blueprints. The items are valid for 14 days upon being claimed, so remember to use them in time.

2. Combat Mechanism Adjustments:
1) When attacking an aircraft, the attacker will not deal additional damage to the target's primary weapon system.
Developer Comment: This update will improve the performance of interceptors and fighters in dogfights and prevent them from being unable to perform well due to the damage to their weapon systems. The attack logic of attackers against weapon systems remains unchanged.
2) Added the display of the anti-aircraft range for anti-aircraft weapons and a new combat mechanism "prioritize concentrating fire," that is, the weapon will prioritize focusing fire on targets with a low percentage of HP in its anti-aircraft range.
Developer Comment: This adjustment will optimize the target-selection logic of anti-aircraft weapons and improve their anti-aircraft efficiency.

3. Game Balance Adjustments:
Added the enhancement option "Anti-Aircraft Support" for some ships that possess sub-weapons with anti-aircraft capabilities and increased the number of enhancements that can be made for the corresponding systems. Ships involved are the Reliat - Rapid Torpedo Frigate - Anti-Ship Type, Reliat - Tactical Torpedo Frigate - Torpedo Type, AC721 - Heavy Missile Destroyer - Missile Type, AC721 - Heavy Dual-Purpose Assault Ship - Aircraft Type, Ceres - Support Destroyer - Support Type, Ceres - Tactical Destroyer - Tactical Type, Tundra - Aircraft Destroyer - Aircraft Type, and Aldabra - Heavy Cannon Destroyer - Generic Type.
Developer Comment: Frigates and destroyers perform a variety of roles in a fleet, and some are equipped with anti-aircraft weapons. This update will enhance their ability to assist the entire fleet in air defense and make their deployment strategies diversified.

4. Optimized the detailed information on the buff/debuff status of ships in the battle report.

5. Optimized the effects of successful city occupation.

6. Adjusted the labels for the limited goods among the development rating rewards and added the corresponding rating labels on the Rating Criteria screen.

7. Optimized the combat effects of weapons.

8. Optimized the UI of the claimed event rewards on the Event screen.

9. Optimized the "Hide UI" feature when fleets are en route.

10. Optimized the prompt text for logging on to the server during star system relocation.

11. Added new quests issued by Space Cities.

12. Optimized the language preference settings for Unions.

Adjustments for some star systems:
1. Optimized the status icon for the Space Cities collecting trojite crystals.
In the star systems rich in trojite crystals, Unions occupying the Space Cities collecting trojite crystals must wait for the city to be built before they can receive Rating Points. After selecting this type of city, you can view the corresponding status signs and related descriptions.

2. Optimized the process of signing agreements in the hub star system and added mail of successful registration and cancellation for notification.

3. Optimized the observation angle from Union Headquarters.

4. Optimized the environment of the star systems rich in trojite crystals.

5. Adjusted the unlocking time of the Galactic Events feature for the star systems rich in trojite crystals and the star systems possessing the disconnected node.
Adjusted the unlocking node of the function "Unlock PVP mode to earn EXP" to completing the Galactic Event "Route Establishment" from completing the Galactic Event "Unique Star System" in the star systems rich in trojite crystals; adjusted the unlocking node of the function "Unlock PVP mode to earn EXP" to completing the Galactic Event "Flashing Beacons" from completing the Galactic Event "One-Way Adventure" in the star systems with disconnected nodes.
This function is temporarily unavailable in the star systems where the Galactic Events have not reached the unlocking node.
