The updates are as follows:
1. Added a new item "Extended Black Market Tech Files" in the store. It contains the content of 3 Black Market Tech Files, with Auto-Research mode available.
2. Adjustments on the Max Fleet&Military Port Command Points
Increased the max Command Points for a single fleet to 400:
Added a new facility "Field Command Center" at zone 9 at the Base and set its max level as 10. Each upgrade increases the max Command Points for a single fleet by 10.
Increased the max Command Points for the Military Port to 1,300:
Increased the max level of "Military Port IV" to Lv.10 from Lv.5. Each upgrade increases the max Command Points for the Military Port by 50.
3. Adjustments on Mining Platforms:
Basic Mining Platform：
Adjusted the max level of the Base facility "Mining Command Center" to Lv.2 from Lv.8 and removed its previous effects for upgrading it to Lv.3-8.
Reduced the max number of Basic Mining Platforms that can be built to 2 from 4.
Intermediate Mining Platform:
Added a new facility "Mining Research Center." Upgrading it unlocks the construction of Intermediate Mining Platforms.
Added a new facility effect: Reduces the resource node level by 1 and increases the mining scale within the Construction Operation. Once the mining scale is increased, more than one mining fleet can be deployed to mine at the same resource node.
Reduced the max number of Intermediate Mining Platforms that can be built to 2 from 4.
Advanced Mining Platform:
Added a new facility "Refining Platform Research Center." Upgrading it unlocks the construction of Advanced Mining Platforms.
Added a new facility effect: Reduces the resource node level by 2 and increases the mining scale within the Construction Operation. Once the mining scale is increased, more than one mining fleet can be deployed to mine at the same resource node.
Increased the max number of Advanced Mining Platforms that can be built to 2 from 1.
For those commanders who have already upgraded the "Mining Command Center," your game data will change as follows:
The previous Lv.5 or Lv.6 "Mining Command Center" will be adjusted to Lv.1 or Lv.2 "Mining Research Center."
The previous Lv.7 or Lv.8 "Mining Command Center" will be adjusted to Lv.1 or Lv.2 "Refining Platform Research Center."
4. "Reinforce" Command Adjustment
If you fail to reinforce a fleet, half of the Action Points spent will be retrieved to you.
5. Added models of Backup Ports in zone 8&9 at the Base.
6. Optimized the modeling effect of mining fleets. This effect is visible only to yourself.
Bug Fix:
1. Fixed a bug that caused incorrect Sight after a Union occupied a city.
