In the previous gameplay preview, we introduced three types of Orgs: Clan, Guild, and Union. Communities and adjustments to the Star System Development Rating were also part of the introduction. Today, we will bring you information about the Node Recovery Agreement and the related adjustments to the Star System Development Rating.
Adjustments to Signing Requirements
Pioneers that are independent of any Org can sign the Galactic Mutual Cooperation Agreement and become Collaborators when their Base Zone level reaches Level 2. Once the Org level reaches Level II, the Org leader can sign the Agreement on behalf of all Org members. Limit on the quota of Orgs will no longer apply to Collaborators.
Pioneers or Orgs that choose to sign the Galactic Mutual Cooperation Agreement cannot establish or join any Community. Instead, they can only accept or recruit Collaborators. Orgs that have joined a Community cannot sign the Galactic Mutual Cooperation Agreement.
New Rating Criteria and Rewards
Stellar Guardian:
Meeting any of the following criteria would qualify for the Stellar Guardian rating in the Star System Development Rating:
Rating Criteria 1
1. The signing Org occupies the airspace where the stargate is located
2. The total occupancy of the signing Org and the agreement issuer in the star system is no less than 40%
3. Occupancy of the Org in the star system is greater than 0%
Reward: Among all the signing Orgs, the top 6 in terms of occupancy (excluding the agreement issuer) will be rewarded with various amounts of Dawn Points (if the number of signing Orgs is less than 6, rewards for the missing parties will not be issued)
1st Place: 48,000 Points
2nd Place: 40,000 Points
3rd Place: 24,000 Points
4th - 6th Place: 16,000 Points
After the Org has acquired Dawn Points, the points will be shared between all the Org members. Each member receives up to 1,000 points. The surplus will be lost.
Rating Criteria 2
1. The signing Org occupies the airspace where the stargate is located
2. The total occupancy of the signing Org and the agreement issuer in the star system is no less than 20%
3. Occupancy of the Org in the star system is greater than 0%
Reward: Among all the signing Orgs, the top 6 in terms of occupancy (excluding the agreement issuer) will be rewarded with various amounts of Dawn Points (if the number of signing Orgs is less than 6, rewards for the missing parties will not be issued)
1st Place: 24,000 Points
2nd Place: 20,000 Points
3rd Place: 12,000 Points
4th - 6th Place: 8,000 Points
After the Org has acquired Dawn Points, the points will be shared between all the Org members. Each member receives up to 500 points. The surplus will be lost.
Org Prestige Points Rules
Rewards: Each Org will acquire 2 Org Prestige Points for every 1% of its occupancy. Occupancy that is less than 1% will not be counted.
(Signing factions include player factions and galactic factions that issue the agreements)
Glory Collaborator:
Meeting any of the following criteria would qualify for the Glory Collaborator rating in the Star System Development Rating:
Rating Criteria 1
1. The total occupancy of the signing Org and the agreement issuer in the star system is no less than 30%
2. Occupancy of the Org in the star system is greater than 0%
Reward: Among all the signing Orgs, the top 6 in terms of occupancy (excluding the agreement issuer) will be rewarded with various amounts of Dawn Points (if the number of signing Orgs is less than 6, rewards for the missing parties will not be issued)
1st Place: 15,000 Points
2nd Place: 12,500 Points
3rd Place: 7,500 Points
4th - 6th Place: 5,000 Points
After the Org has acquired Dawn Points, the points will be shared between all the Org members. Each member receives up to 300 points. The surplus will be lost.
Rating Criteria 2
1. The total occupancy of the signing Org and the agreement issuer in the star system is no less than 20%
2. Occupancy of the Org in the star system is greater than 0%
Reward: Among all the signing Orgs, the top 6 in terms of occupancy (excluding the agreement issuer) will be rewarded with various amounts of Dawn Points (if the number of signing Orgs is less than 6, rewards for the missing parties will not be issued)
1st Place: 12,000 Points
2nd Place: 10,000 Points
3rd Place: 6,000 Points
4th - 6th Place: 4,000 Points
After the Org has acquired Dawn Points, the points will be shared between all the Org members. Each member receives up to 240 points. The surplus will be lost.
Org Prestige Points Rules
Rewards: Each Org will acquire 2 Org Prestige Points for every 1% of its occupancy. Occupancy that is less than 1% will not be counted.
