Redemption Rules

1 -The gift code can be redeemed once per avatar. Please confirm avatar name and server before redeeming.

2 -Successfully redeemed gift rewards will be emailed to the avatar's mailbox for collection. The email is valid for 14 days. After redeeming, please collect the rewards within 14 days.

3 -In some cases, it is not possible to collect rewards instantly via email after successfully redeeming the gift. It may be collected once the prerequisite conditions have been fulfilled. For example:

1）Avatars in the Hub Service can only collect rewards such as resources, physical ships etc., once they have entered the star system.

2）Physical ship rewards can only be collected once the military port has reached the required capacity.
