Project Mercury is part and parcel of the first stage of the Lagrange Legacy Project, in which a large generation legacy repository will be built on the sun-facing side of Mercury in the solar system with a space energy array covering the orbit above to make the most of the solar power for self-sustaining purposes.

Project Mercury has been completed, so all Explorers will be able to witness the Generation Legacy Repository in operation.

With the advancement of the second-phase Generation Legacy Economy Project, the factions that participated in the project have set up offices and institutions within their spheres of influence to identify Lagrange Generation Legacies and carry out information sharing, technology endorsements, generational legacy trades, and other related matters with the Terran Sphere government for cooperation and mutual benefit.

Generally, Strategic Assets encompass a variety of items such as Tactical Items, Technical Blueprints, Equipment, and Collectibles. Each of these carries distinct functionalities and collection values, making them essential for Explorers in exploring the Lagrange Network.

Tactical Item

Tactical Items are disposable packages of technical weapons, with unique effects and technical specifications for each.

Tactical Items can be classified into Command, Strategy, Communication, and Supply categories based on their effects. These items have the potential to influence the operations, constructions, or fleets of Explorers, introducing new variables and broadening the spectrum of strategic choices in battles.

Technical Blueprint

Technical Blueprints are technical registration certificates issued by the Legacy Administration post Strategic Assets identification, specifying the information like technical parameters, Active Service, and technological value of Tactical Items.

Explorers with Technical Blueprints can create associated Tactical Items. Utilizing the Tactical Items will also enhance their proficiency with the relevant Blueprints, unveiling the inherent technological value within the Blueprints.

Equipment

Equipment refers to supplementary facilities installed in the Central, Port, or Industrial Districts of the Base.

Once installed in the Hub Star System, the Equipment will accompany Explorers across various star systems, offering distinct buff effects and unique abilities for the Base.

Collectibles are Strategic Assets that the Legacy Administration has identified as possessing collection value, categorized into three main types: Souvenirs, Archives and Toys.

Upon exploring Star Systems and accomplishing various achievements, records of the achievements will be preserved as souvenirs. Corresponding titles, mail backgrounds, or other appearance rewards will be then available.

The explorations and discoveries made by Explorers in the Lagrange Network are documented in the Archives. As Explorers enhance and expand the Archives, an increasing number of appearance rewards will be available.

Strategic Assets are categorized into four levels, from highest to lowest: LGLR, A, B, and C. The highest level, LGLR, stands for Lagrange Generation Legacy Registration. Only Strategic Assets of extraordinarily high value attain this level and are included in the Lagrange Generation Legacy Catalog.
